"The Basement Jaxx track 'Hey You' was the inspiration behind this song. Being a member of the Eastern European gypsy music band 'Fanfara' from Brighton, when I first heard this track I immediately thought how good it would be to get 'Fanfara' onto my album. I also wanted to write a song about the environment and so 'Situation Critical' was born. This track also includes the 'in peril' music from the TV series 'Thunderbirds' written by Barry Gary and other musical quotes."
